Track your order

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we send a tracking link by SMS and email to the number and address you used at checkout.

How to track

1. Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation SMS or email.
2. If you have an account with us, sign in and open Order history to see live status.
3. Still cannot find it? Message us on WhatsApp using the chat button on this page with your order number and we will check it for you.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery takes 4-7 working days across most of India. Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take 2-3 days longer. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking not updating?

Courier scans can lag by 24-48 hours, especially over weekends and festive periods. If your tracking has not moved for more than 3 working days, contact us and we will raise it with the courier directly.
