Free shipping across India

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every pin code we serve. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges - the amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to over 27,000 pin codes across India. You can confirm delivery to your area using the pin code checker on our home page or on any product page.

Delivery times

Delivery: 4-7 working days for most pin codes.
Remote areas: north-eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and island territories may take 2-3 additional days.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During festive periods and sale events, courier networks run slower than usual and delivery may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on every order, in every pin code we ship to. You can also pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or wallet at checkout if you prefer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. See our order tracking page for details.

Failed delivery attempts

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. If all three attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately - we can usually correct it before dispatch.
